Every Thursday beginning on April 12th at 6pm
A 16 week workshop series presented by Niagara County Department of Health. Sessions are designed to help participants develop lifelong skills for healthy living and reinforce step-by-step change. All participants work towards losing 5% to 7% of their starting body weight and reaching and maintaining 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week.
